Half Day Tour: Goat Island Marine Reserve

Your tour starts off when we pick you up from your hotel accommodations, and commence on an hour and a half drive down the scenic Rodney Region. Upon arrival at Leigh Harbour, you begin an hour long coastal walk involving a curated look at the native Kauri, Nikau plants as well as Kaka, Tui and Kingfisher birds.

The trip then takes you to the famous Goat Island Marine Discovery Center where you can either watch the tide pool tank, or engage in a little Marine activity yourself with the use of our clear bottom Kayak or snorkeling gear.
