This full day trip starts off with a hotel pick up in Auckland, then a captivating journey south through the stunning landscapes of the Waikato Region in the direction of the Waitomo Glowworm Caves.

Upon arrival, tourists are advised to stretch out their feet and grab a quick snack and drink before the tour commences in earnest.

After refreshments, the tour guide will then guide you through the magnificent natural light display created by these truly unique species indigenous to this part of the world.

As the tour guide goes into detail about the history of the cave, you’ll slowly make your way down to the flat bottom boat which will bring you in close contact with the beautiful insects.

After this truly marvelous experience, you will them be transported to Rotorua in order to experience an amazing combination of culture and geographical wonders with a brief yet comprehensive look at Maori culture as well as basking in the natural beauty of geysers and hot springs.
